These Terms and Conditions apply to all hypnotherapy services provided by Silverbrook Hypnotherapy Ltd, whether delivered online or in person (“the Services”).
By booking, paying for, or attending hypnotherapy sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and Silverbrook Hypnotherapy Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Hypnotherapy services are available to individuals aged 18 years or over only.
By booking a session, you confirm that:
Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process. While techniques and guidance are provided, outcomes depend on your engagement, commitment, and circumstances.
Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. No diagnosis is made, and no guarantees of outcome are offered.
Before commencing hypnotherapy, we will arrange an initial consultation, usually by telephone, lasting approximately 30 minutes. This consultation is free of charge.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue therapy if hypnotherapy is not considered appropriate or if an alternative form of support would be more suitable.
Sessions are available online or in person. In-person sessions take place at locations advised at the time of booking. Online sessions are delivered via secure third-party platforms.
Sessions typically last 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable environment and reliable internet connection for online sessions.
Fees are confirmed at the time of booking and are payable in advance, either per session or as an agreed programme.
Payment confirms your booking and acceptance of these Terms.
By booking a session, you reserve time exclusively for your appointment.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee remains payable.

Hypnotherapy requires active participation. You may be asked to practise techniques or complete exercises between sessions.
Progress depends on your willingness to engage with the process. You accept responsibility for your own actions, decisions, and wellbeing throughout and following therapy.
Some medical or psychological conditions may require medical clearance before hypnotherapy can commence.
You agree to disclose any relevant medical or mental health conditions before and during therapy. We reserve the right to pause or refuse therapy if contraindications are present or emerge.

Recording of sessions by clients is not permitted without explicit agreement.
Silverbrook Hypnotherapy Ltd holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Annette Williams is a registered member of the General Hypnotic Register and adheres to its Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot legally be excluded.
